A quiet mind
What a decade of teaching meditation has taught us about sitting still in a noisy world.
You don't need an empty mind
The most common thing new students tell us is that they can't meditate because their mind is too busy. But meditation isn't about emptying the mind. It's about noticing where it goes, again and again, without judgement.
Start with five minutes a day. Sit, breathe and count ten breaths. When you lose count, start again at one. That's the whole practice.
